On Wednesday 3 March from 6pm BBC Essex hosted a live show and presented this year’s High Sheriff’s Awards. These annual Awards are designed to recognise and commend local voluntary organisations that devote their time and energy to make Essex a better and safer place.
Alpha Vesta was nominated for Essex Police Cup In this years awards which is a huge compliment in the short time we have been launched.
Usually the event would be held at Hylands House but for the first time ran live on the radio with a live interview with us and other nominees instead! Some great work being done across the county with the support of Essex Community Foundation and the High Sheriff.
