How long we keep information
Training records are kept for 5 years. This enables us to ensure that Certificates are valid and those working towards CPD Accreditations have their attendance recorded.
Personal data relating to clients that have accessed programs of support through Alpha Vesta are kept for 3 years.

You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one calendar month to respond to you.
