Fundamental to our approach, is building and enhancing a strong, well-informed, sensitive and non-judgemental workforce culture; not just around domestic abuse but around other areas in which domestic abuse often insects with. These include mental health and wellbeing issues, substance misuse and different culture and belief systems.
Our robust preventative and early intervention model places our Survivor and Insight Network at the heart of our work. Through the power of ground level insight and research gathering this Network, we are provided with the opportunity to shape future best practice, a better understanding of the complexities and the opportunity to save lives.

- We provide a Public Training Catalogue for our fully-funded online public training for anyone interested to build their awareness and understanding of Domestic Abuse. You can book via our Eventbrite page. Click on ‘Book now’ link.
- We provide fully-funded online CPD Accredited Enhanced and Advanced training for those living, working or impacting the county of Essex, with a small delegate fee for those based outside the county via our Eventbrite page.
- We provide fully-funded bespoke online or face to face training for businesses and organisations based in Essex. Contact us via enquiries@alphavesta.com.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Alpha Vesta Handbooks and Training Resources
Handbooks that accompany training sessions should only be distributed to those that have attended the training and should not, under any circumstances, be used to train others outside of the supportive and structured training environment that Alpha Vesta provide.
Handbooks can be powerful resources to reflect on the training delivered and support attendees in their own learning and development. The potential for handbooks to be misused and falling into the wrong hands can put victim/survivors of domestic abuse at increased risk.
For this reason, handbooks, training resources and any recorded training sessions should not be distributed outside of your organisation under any circumstances without the written permission of Alpha Vesta. Domestic Abuse costs lives and we all share a collective responsibility to use what resources we have to break the cycle appropriately and safely.
